Return and Cancellation Policy for velora

Orders placed with velora can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Products must remain unused with original tags and packaging intact. Approved returns or refunds will be processed promptly within 3 to 7 business days via original payment method or MFS.
